How information is collected and used when you contact TotalCare online.
Information you provide
The estimate form collects your name, phone number, email address, job location, selected service, job description and any images you choose to add.
How it is used
TotalCare uses this information to assess and respond to your enquiry. Enquiry emails are delivered through Resend when the service accepts the request.
Image handling
Selected images are compressed in your browser, then checked, resized and re-encoded before delivery. Source metadata is not retained in the delivered files.
Analytics
When analytics is enabled, it may record a telephone action or an accepted contact-form event. Names, contact details, addresses, descriptions, filenames and image contents are not included in those events.
Google reviews
The site may request public review information from Google when the reviews section is viewed. Google’s services are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
