General information
The site provides general information about TotalCare’s plumbing and drainage services. It does not replace an on-site assessment, emergency-service advice or a job-specific agreement.
Urgent situations
Do not wait for an online reply when water or electrical safety is at risk. If you smell gas in the property, exit the building immediately, call 000 and ask for the NSW Fire Service. Call TotalCare only when it is safe to do so.
Scope and availability
Service suitability depends on the fault, access, property responsibility and the licensed scope required. An enquiry does not create a booking or agreement.

Links to councils, NSW Government, Sydney Water and Google are provided for useful public guidance. Their content and availability are controlled by those organisations.
